Hotjar does not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that you do not voluntarily enter in this website. Hotjar does not track your browsing habits across other web sites which do not use Hotjar services. We only have access to infomation about the actions you take on the What Next Now site.
What Next Now uses "cookies". These are small files (cookie.txt) that are passed to a user's web browser. When the user requests a page from the What Next Now server, the user's browser sends the cookie back to the server. These files typically contain information about the user's visit to What Next Now.
During a user's time on the What Next Now site, certain information relating to interactions on the site, such as how a user rates a book, are recorded for the duration of the session in order to make recommendations.
